If we both agree to proceed, you will be sent confirmation that your order has been accepted. This means it is at this point that a contract has been formed between us and your order cannot then be cancelled without payment of the full cost.

Prices are calculated in pounds sterling(GBP) and remain valid until delivery. Each item is individually priced depending on customer specifications.

Payment

When the order acceptance is sent to you, a deposit of 25% of the total order value is required.Work on the item will not start until the deposit is received. When the item is completed the balance of the total cost is required before it is despatched. No payment is taken as being received until we receive cleared funds. We retain ownership of any items ordered until payment is received in full. Late payments could put a desired delivery date at risk.
